From tomorrow, Thursday 19th November, we will be running a Zoom call for everyone connected to Oxford United. The idea is to bring together supporters and offer a place for fans to talk and share each other’s company. We have all missed the match day experience and with some tough nights ahead during lockdown we hope we can offer a little company and comfort with fellow fans. The capacity is limited to 100 people per chat and will be on first come first served basis.
Difficult times like these can have an adverse effect on our mental wellbeing and we hope this will offer everyone connected to the OUFC family, the opportunity to speak to like minded people. We’ll chat about games and transfer rumours, amongst other things, but also we would encourage anyone who is struggling to take this opportunity to speak out. Lots of people have had similar experiences of late and this is the perfect chance to get some hints and tips on managing mental health.
We’ll also look to run an OUFC themed quiz to which we hope to be able to offer some fun prizes. We also hope to encourage some ex players and special guests to join us later in the month.
The Zoom details are: meeting ID 761 1624 2577 & passcode 875575. These will also be posted to OxVox social media channels from midday on Thursday.

We really hope to see you all there.
