In mid-July we closed our crowdfunder page for the Club’s Play it Forward scheme, which funds season tickets for fans in difficult circumstances.
With publicity from both OxVox and OUSP and in collaboration with the Club, we’re very pleased to announce that the page raised a magnificent £2,767.
The funds were passed to the Club prior to the Carlisle match, and as a direct result pays for seven pairs of tickets in the Planet IT Family Stand, so 14 fans will now be able to watch their team this season.
Oxford United in the Community is supporting Oxford United in distributing the tickets to those in the community who are most in need. Many thanks to all who donated.
