Committee meeting 3 November 2005

Minutes

Present : Neil, Chris, Stan, Trevor, Helen

1. Dan Levy agreed to arrange to meet with Ox Vox committee members.

2. Calendars should arrive by 12.11.05. 100 to be produced initially. Price of £6 per calendar agreed. Promotion ideas discussed.

3. Kick It Out Triangular Tournament - Donation of £41- paid to Oxford Community and Voluntary Action for supporting the tournament. OCVA organised and facilitated the match.

4. Buses - two services to be re-instated.

5. Meeting with club - date set for Tues 8th November at 4pm. Agenda discussed and agreed.

6. Newsletter - to be released in next couple of weeks.
