Minutes from meeting held on 28.7.05

Present - Andy James, Chris Davis, Helen Joslin, Trevor Lambert, Neil Carter, Sally Lambert, Stan Taylor, RayWhittaker, Graham Hilsdon.

Apologies - Paul Lowe.

1. Oakley Waterman Appeal - OxVox Paypal account raised £1074 so far. It was also agreed that we would publicise the fund raising dinner which is planned. OxVox to bear the cost of Paypal commission which is £48.51 so far.

2. Players tunnel sign - The club requested that the sign have a commercial logo on the sign and OxVox therefore decided not to proceed with a donation to the costs.

3. Concourse painting - Graham to continue to work out costs, etc.

4. Maintenance - schedule to be discussed with Steve Hanks. Some progress has been noted.

5. Leaflet to be produced in time to be handed out at Wycombe game.

6. Membership renewals - current renewals to be chased up.

7. 5-a-side - This is now unlikely to happen due to timescales, etc.
