Apologies - Andy James, Sally Lambert, Stan Taylor.

Present - Chris Davis, Trevor Lambert, Neil Carter, Helen Joslin, Ray Whittaker, Graham Hilsdon.

Newsletter - We hope to be printing and sending out soon.

New members - 5 new members this week. Several others also in wake of recent events. Trevor to try to contact lost members again to find out why they haven't renewed. Ray wants to add membership/fees/subscriptions to next meeting agenda.

Open meeting - agreed to try to organise for week beginning 6th June - aiming for 6th, 7th, 8th or 9th. Trevor to contact hotel to check room availability.

We need to draw up an agenda for meeting with the club.

Trevor to draft an open letter to club. He will post for consideration by all.

Agreed to release PR re season ticket prices.

Next meeting - 26th May at 7pm at hotel bar, for envelope stuffing and general chat.
