Quarry Gate, 15 November 2004

Present: Ray Whittaker, Trevor Lambert, Chris Davies, Neil Carter, Sally Lambert, Andy James.

Apologies: Graham Hilsdon, Helen Joslin.

Templars Square: We will suggest further dates to Lorna Gosling e.g. Friday 18 Feb and/or Friday 15 April. Or the Saturday mornings after those dates (avoids folk taking time off work). Chris to contact Lorna with these suggestions.

Accounts: Neil discussing with Paul Beesley.

Stadium maintenance: Trevor to contact Nilu to ask some specific questions about exisiting maintenance arrangements. On agenda for next meeting with OUFC.

Supporters club: Chris to contact Nilu re the lack of contact (she promised to get back to Ray and didn't despite many efforts on his part) about space in the Ozone. Meanwhile we'll contact Tony Ashley and/or the football liaison officer at TVP to ask whether Priory is designated as away fans only - and whether it could serve as a SC on a trial basis.

OxVox events: Agreed we should continue with quiz nights but not too often and with better advance publicity. Maybe run one in February. A new suggestion was a table football night, if we can hire a couple of tables.

Newsletter: Agreed we need one; articles welcome; target to get one out before Christmas or early in January.
