21 October 2004

Present: Graham, Ray, Trevor, Chris, Neil.

Apologies: Sally, Andy, Helen.

Minutes of last meeting (16 October): Agreed; Ray had been omitted from the list of attendees.

Alsop incident: Agreed we could not issue a statement at this time, as the facts were unclear.

Graham Rix: Chris to write inviting him to a members meeting and asking for some players to be present in Templars Square on November 12th.

Supporters club: Ray, Trevor, and Graham if available would view the area in the leisure centre with Nilu sometime next week. Ray to arrange.

Quiz (November 4th): Priory is booked for the evening. Trevor willing to act as questionmaster. Chris will contact club inviting teams. Trevor will publicise via usual contacts, and aim to get posters prepared. Question preparation was spread around committee: Graham general knowledge, Lamberts food and drink, and music, Chris geography and history, Andy football in general, Neil OUFC (Neil to contact Andy). Neil to get quiz prize. Raffle prizes and booby prizes to be arranged. Meet briefly after 30 October match to check arrangements / pass on questions.

Templars Square (November 12th): In hand.

Renewals: Agreed to write to all expired members using letters as drafted by Trevor/Sally (after obvious proofing corrections). Agreed to modify suggested £5 per annum membership for juniors who had recently turned 16, to extend initial period of membership to 30 September 2006 i.e. to just after their 18th birthdays.

Rage On: Martin was willing to put an order form in next Rage On; Trevor's accompanying text was approved.

AGM date and venue: Date selected provisionally February 10th or 17th 2005. Venue to be agreed, could be hotel meeting room. Neil needs details of numbers of members on September 30 2004 from Sally.

Publicising survey results: Agreed to put the results summary on our website.

Date of next meeting: Monday November 15th, 7.30, Quarry Gate.
