Present: Chris Davis, Trevor Lambert, Sally Lambert, Graham Hilsdon, Neil Carter, Helen Joslin, Ray Whittaker.

Apologies: Andy James.

Minutes of previous meeting : Agreed.

Disabled fans: Agreed after discussion not to offer a discount for membership. Chris to take up issues raised by Seamus McArdle in email to Trevor.

Renewals: Agreed to send a final letter to non-renewers after the current effort to contact them individually.

Legends presentation: Graham to represent OxVox.

Quiz Night: Agreed for November 4th at Priory. Kick it Out: Agreed to share cost of leaflets with Rage On. {Subsequently abandoned as the leaflets ordered by Rage On did not arrive]

Date of next meeting: October 7th (Hotel meeting room 7.30, open to all members).
